[Goodal] Mild protect Natural Filter Sun fluid SPF50+ PA++++
Something I always envied of Japanese sunscreens -versus Koreans- was the fact that their highest UVA protection (protection against the damage that is manifested in the tan), but luckily and for joy of those who preferred Korean, last year they updated their regulation and included the PA ++++ protection (the largest so far) for sunscreens. That is why many brands have already updated and relaunched their sun protectors with this new rating. Goodal and Peripera were some of the first ones, and since Goodal has given me very good experiences in terms of sun protection products, since they were included it in Jolse, I bought it, because besides, unlike other formats, this is liquid and contains 90 ml of product. Something never seen before, at least me.
It brings, as usual, information in English and hangeul, expiration date in the box and the PAO symbol.
The bottle has screw cap and a small opening. As it is liquid, inside a ball is heard that helps to mix the content well - always shake it before use. The packaging is plastic and resistant, with a very soft pastel yellow color and also includes again the expiration date and the expiration symbol after opening.
Now I'm even happier because I have a good price sunscreen, with a huge amount of product, with greater UV protection and also, it does not leave that matt finish or powdery that is so long drying, so it is a product which can use all skintypes.
This Goodal sunscreen includes the typical herbal extracts, but this time I was struck by the fact that they also included centella asiatica extract and turmeric (used in "natural" anti acne treatments). In addition, the cosdna tab shows many emollients, anti inflammatory and moisturizing ingredients. But, and this is a warning sign for sensitive and/or dry skin: there is alcohol and silica in the formula, so I suggest that you check carefully the ingredient list to discard other ingredients that may be irritating or drying.
My skin didn't got blemishes or get irritated. I have been able to use it daily and with reapplication during all this time without problems or breakouts or ardor (in case of kitten scratches), but since all the skintypes and their sensitivity are different, I recommend that you can check well ingredients to avoid problems later.
The experience with this product has been very satisfactory, because its promises are very simple and complies with them. It is a product with a very light finish that neither feel on the skin, it is easy to apply (whether you want to apply it with your fingers or with a puff), you do not feel like a paste or like a cream or oily liquid. It's like a milky liquid that keeps the skin hydrated without adding extra oil.
The finish is natural, without extra shine but also does not become matt. The skin looks illuminated, like the Goodal Mild protect natural filter sun cream that I reviewed previously, but without that feeling that you have it in the skin. When I did not have to reapply for staying in the apartment and I did not make up over the sunscreen -bb cushion-, I notice that the pigment is still there, persisting that brightening effect over skin so typical of "whitening" products. The good thing is that this effect with this product does not imply feeling the skin tight, not greasy or less dry. Neither does it imply feeling asphyxiated or feeling that layer of makeup so annoying of some products of that type.
As its texture is very fluid, you have to be careful with the amount to apply. What I show in swatches is a good amount to cover face, neck and ears (do not forget your ears), covering all those sectors without problem. I would not recommend using more of it, unless you want to have more white coat 😁, I mentioned this because I had a hard time controlling the amount to use and I ended up with excess white coating on the skin, and that in the end takes more time to blend or covering with bb cream or makeup so that the pale finish is not noticed.
I think tanned or dark skins will have problems with this white coat, but in lighter skins there should not be. In any case, this notorious layer is momentary, since it fades about 10-15 minutes from its application. Anyway, I usually use some of the BB cushion or pact that I have then that effect is controlled and slowed down.
Something I forget to tell you? For now I don't remember more. I love that the content is so abundant, because that will allow me more spaces between buying and buying.
